Indicative estimate only. This calculator provides a rough illustration, not financial or mortgage advice. What’s Included

The numbers behind a UAE purchase.

A mortgage payment is only part of the picture. This tool estimates the monthly repayment and the upfront cash a purchase typically needs, so there are no surprises. Here’s what each figure means — and why every default is yours to edit.

Down payment

The cash you put in upfront. UAE lenders typically require a minimum share of the price from your own funds — the default here is indicative; your lender sets the exact figure based on the property and your profile.

Loan amount & interest

The price minus your down payment, repaid over the term. The rate you enter drives the monthly payment and the total interest — small rate changes compound into large differences over 20–25 years.

DLD / land-department transfer fee

A one-time government transfer fee, charged as a percentage of the price. The rate differs by emirate, so the default is editable — confirm the current figure for your transaction.

Agency & mortgage-registration fees

The agency fee (a percentage of the price) and a mortgage-registration fee (a percentage of the loan). Both are indicative defaults you can adjust to match your actual quote.
