Killa Design’s architecture for Four Seasons Private Residences takes its cues from Saadiyat Beach itself — suites, villas and beach mansions planned around direct beach access rather than a view of it, with the Four Seasons standard of service built into the brief from the start.

It shows in the range of what’s provided beyond the residence itself: a golf simulator room, a cigar lounge, a residents’ cinema and a dedicated pet grooming station sit alongside the pools and spa — the kind of detail a five-star operator plans for, not an afterthought added once the villas were drawn.
